This Yorkshire rib of beef is a visually (and delicious!) stunning beef centrepiece that is sure to wow at any dinner party or special occasion. The beef is dry aged for 30 days, untrimmed and left on the bone for maximum flavour. After the dry ageing process we then trim and roll the rib of beef for easy cooking. The well-marbled meat caramelises when cooking, which coupled with the dry age techniques, makes for beef with outstanding flavours.
