Kendall’s gammon is sourced in Yorkshire and traditonally brine cured in salt and water. These bacon chops cut thickly from a cured pork loin make for a tasty change from bacon or traditional uncuredpork sirloins. Ideal grilled or pan fried for a succulent and flavoursome result.
2 bacon steaks, can be frozen (not reccommened to be frozen for longer than 3 months)
