Our streaky bacon is sourced in Yorkshire and dry cured for a deeper flavour and higher quality finish. This bacon is oak smoked for an irrisistable smokey flavour. Streaky bacon has more fat than back bacon and ideal for a flavourful, crispy result. Smoked streaky bacon is ideal for adding to recipes such as pasta dishes for a boost of flavour or makes for an extra tasty bacon sandwich.
