This Yorkshire Rib Of Beef makes for the perfect centrepiece at your christmas feast. The beef is dry aged for 30 days, untrimmed and left on the bone for maximum flavour. After the dry ageing process we then trim and roll the rib of beef for easy cooking. The well-marbled meat caramelises when cooking, which coupled with the dry ageing techniques, makes for beef with outstanding flavours.
